Refund policy

Returns 
Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact your place of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.


Refunds/Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via your place of purchase of the approval or rejection of your refund and if you are approved, you may choose to exchange the faulty product for an identical product. If a refund is requested, your refund will be processed via your place of purchase.

The Croc TPS comes with a 12 months warranty against defects and motor failure (Warranty). For full details of our warranty please refer to the relevant product manual on this website.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please liaise with your place of purchase.

Shipping 
It is recommended when returning any product that it be taken to your place of purchase. This will save you any shipping costs.

If you choose to return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 3196, Hendra QLD 4011, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
